O ne of the Institute’s objective is to increase the effectiveness of head and neck surgeries, by providing cutting-edge training opportunities and disseminating knowledge within the scientific and medical communities.
When the Institute’s new home opens up in 2021, a multidisciplinary training center will be created and will offer cutting-edge in-person as well as remote head and neck surgery trainings, delivered by the the most renowned experts and using the most relevant and innovative technologies.
The training facilities will include an experimental 8-table surgery room to perform surgeries on live tissue or anatomical specimens. Meeting rooms will accomodate up to 200 persons and will be connected with Amiens University Hospital Surgery rooms.
The training catalogue will be published in late 2020.
